The JET 1024 Lathe is the large bench lathe in the Metal Shop.
Machine Shop 101 training class is required prior to operating this lathe.
Description
- Distance between centers: 24" / 610 mm
- Height of centers: 5" / 125 mm
- Motor: 1 HP / 750 W
- Total travel of cross slide: 6" / 150 mm
- Total travel of top slide: 3" / 75 mm
- Spindle speed: 50 to 1000 RPM
