Energy Monitor
We are looking at setting up energy use monitoring.
Analog has many different Energy Metering IC's we could use for this http://www.analog.com/en/products/analog-to-digital-converters/integrated-special-purpose-converters/energy-metering-ics.html#energy-metering-ics

Another option is to use a a2d and try to monitor the usage directly.
The metering IC's appear to be low enough in cost that I'd recommend we use those. I think the largest cost is going to be the current transformers.
I think a ESP8266 communicating with the various IC's via SPI to monitor usage, display a web page dashboard and push the data (future) will work. Baring that I'd use a Pi the same way.
Things We Need:
- List of circuits, their ratings and primary load types
- Flexible circuit design that allows us to monitor the entire panel
- Pricing of components
