Welcome & Call to Order

• Set up recording for meeting

• Ask if there are any objections to being recorded (hangouts on the air)

• Get link to channel for people to join

• Start taking minutes in document – shared to view

Meeting Topics

• Financial update

• Donations Total - $ 1029.79

• CNC Router - $ 1,000
• Paypal giving - $ 9.79

• Membership changes +2/-1

• 118 (including family and special cases)

• Wiki Wednesdays

• See Slack Channel #wiki-or-not
• Needs a revamp. Static pages (Bylaws, Articles of Incorp., etc) move off wiki to pages on the website

• Board Nominations

• There will be 3 positions available

• You can nominate someone, but make sure you talk to them FIRST
• You can nominate yourself

• You will need to submit a slide to present at the Annual Meeting

• CNC Router crowdfunding

• Thank you to Chris K for helping organize the info!
• Currently at $1000 of the $2300 goal!
• Potentially for future classes with donation
