Blast-N-Peen blast cabinet's name plate.

Zero BNP 55 Blast Cabinet

It is a Zero Blast-N-Peen (Clemco model BNP 55-2 Suction Blast Cabinet). It can clean, peen, deburr, or finish parts. The enclosure measures 42 inches by 22 inches by 28 inches high. The system includes a reclaimer and dry filter. (Possible options include: table/tray on internal track; dry filter dust collector; reverse-pulse dust collector.)

No training is required to use this sandblaster. Information on the equipment is in the data sheet linked below.

Other (Desktop) Blast Cabinet

ALC desktop sandblaster.

A smaller blast cabinet we have is an ALC Top-Open Benchtop Abrasive Blast Cabinet (model 41389). Carlos donated it to FamiLAB. It can deburr metal parts and strip paint, rust, and other coatings. We have a bag of medium grit media, but we should pick up some fine and coarse media as well.
